I’ve spent over two decades in education—teaching, leading, designing, and disrupting systems that weren’t built with all kids in mind. I founded Logan & Friends because I believe in bold solutions, joyful learning, and the power of community to transform what school can be.

From national policy rooms during my time at the US Department of Education to classrooms all over the DMV (and even some in South Africa), my work has always been grounded in one question: What would it look like if equity, creativity, and innovation weren’t add-ons - but the foundation?

I hold a doctorate in Special Education with a focus on applied neuroscience, a master’s in Teaching - but what really fuels me is working alongside educators who are ready to shake things up and build something better.

At Logan & Friends, we dream big and design practically. I collaborate with schools, systems, and communities to co-create learning environments of the future - full of joy, and built to last. Our kiddos deserve it!

Outside of work, I’m a poet (you’ll find my musings at Writings on the Ceiling), a loud laugher, and a lover of family.
