Please review the following Terms of Service carefully. By participating in any Logan & Friends experience, purchasing a product or service, or engaging with our platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logan & Friends services—including events, travel experiences, workshops, and digital platforms—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and participate in any Logan & Friends programming unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Modification of Terms

Logan & Friends reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. EDventure-Specific Terms

EDventure is a Logan & Friends signature program—a global experience that brings educators and changemakers together through immersive travel, service learning, and cultural exploration. By purchasing or participating in EDventure, you agree to the following specific terms:

2.1 All Sales Final

All payments toward EDventure are non-refundable. No exceptions. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellations, illness, emergencies, or disruptions.

2.2 Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Securing their international flights

• Managing their own travel documentation (e.g., passport, visa)

• Arriving at the designated location on the scheduled date

• Understanding that Logan & Friends is not liable for any missed flights, delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions. No refunds will be issued for missed activities due to travel issues.

2.3 Background Check Requirement

In order to participate in Curious Kiddos Camp, all EDventure participants must complete and pass a background check at their own expense. This is a non-negotiable requirement to ensure the safety of the children and schools we work with. Failure to comply or pass the check may result in exclusion from this portion of the experience without refund.

2.4 Media Release

Participants grant Logan & Friends and its partners the unrestricted right to photograph, film, and record their image, likeness, and voice throughout the program. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and storytelling purposes across all platforms—print, web, and social—without compensation. If you prefer not to be included in media, you must notify us in writing before travel.

2.5 Conduct & Expectations

EDventure is built on mutual respect, openness, and social responsibility. Participants are expected to act with integrity and consideration toward other travelers, hosts, and community members. Logan & Friends reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive, without refund.

3. Liability & Disclaimer

3.1 Assumption of Risk

Participation in any Logan & Friends experience, including EDventure, involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, emotional distress, theft, loss, or unforeseen travel disruptions. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

Logan & Friends, its founders, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses incurred before, during, or after your participation in any program or event.

4. Payments & Transactions

4.1 Payment Policy

Full or installment payments are required to secure your participation. By submitting payment, you are committing to the program and agreeing to these terms. Logan & Friends may use third-party payment processors; we are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues that arise from their systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All Logan & Friends branding, program content, curricula, photos, and materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
